You place your order by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an order confirmation providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order and which has been debited to your credit/debit card. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the “Right of withdrawal”. Alternatively, you can return the order confirmation emailed to you with the text “cancellation”. This should be on the same day as the order has been placed.

The usual domestic delivery time for Denmark is 1-5 working days and EU 5-10 working days. At the moment, we unfortunately cannot deliver outside Europe & EU. Send us a message if you want to order from outside EU and we can try to accommodate as a special order. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. All prices indicated for products available via the Website are INCLUSIVE of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website (Paypal). You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until you have made full payment and such payment has been received by us.

Due to the nature of the products, all processed orders are final and there is no return. All our products are freshly made in small batches and it is important that customers know the product they receive has not been previously returned and tampered with, by another customer. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. The orders are usually shipped the following day, and WE DO accept cancellations of the order, if it is made before shipment. Payment will then be returned.

All of our soaps can be used on the face. As they contain extra oils and moisturizing glycerin,they do not dry out the skin. The soaps all have different essential oils that have beneficial properties to skin and hair. We usually specify if the soap is especially suitable for a particular skin type (like mature or sensitive skin) or skin problem (like acne). If you have very sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend trying the soap on another area first.

All homemade handmade products are made from natural ingredients - many that you find in food products. However, we do not recommend eating our products as they will taste bad and most likely give you a stomach ache.
