Cocoa butter is the vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean also used to make chocolate, so has the same scent. It is also moisturising and is used to treat very dry skin, eczema and irritable, sensitive skin.
The essential oils are all anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.
